At Flow, we place the utmost importance on protecting your privacy and your data rights. This privacy policy applies to our browser extension and our website (https://enterflow.app). Your information is not sold to third parties.
What information is stored or accessed?
Tab Management: Flow allows you to save and close your tabs as you browse. Should you choose to enable this, Flow will be able to surface to you what tabs you currently have open, open saved tabs, and close open tabs. Flow will get access to your browsing history as part of these tab permissions, however information about the websites you visit, and metadata associated with them (URLs/domains) stays on your computer in your browser's local storage and is not stored elsewhere or analyzed.
How do we improve Flow?
Flow sends reports to alert us to product problems and necessary improvements. These reports only describe general use of the extension, such how many tabs are opened, buttons clicked, and features being used. The websites you visit and the links you save within Flow are not reported on, or analyzed.
What vendors/sub-processors do you use?
We use Google Analytics to analyze and understand traffic to our website, enterflow.app
What are my rights in relation to my personal data?
The right to be forgotten: You can manually delete your account anytime by uninstalling the extension. Email founders@enterflow.app if you have any issues.
The right to obtain your personal data: Upon request by emailing founders@enterflow.app, we will provide a data export of all your data stored in our system.
The right to submit a complaint: If you have a complaint about the way in which your data is handled, please email founders@enterflow.app. After receiving an email, we’ll investigate it and provide a response within two weeks.
The right to submit a complaint with a data protection authority: If you’re a resident of the EU, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
What happens to my data when I delete my account? When you uninstall Flow, your data is deleted from our systems. Links you've saved in Flow are also deleted.
Will the privacy policy change?
Flow may change its Privacy Policy from time to time and at our sole discretion. We will notify users when we update our privacy policy regarding any products you use.
